Founder

Professional with over 22 years in leadership, planning and crisis management, including roles as a Brazilian Air Force officer and military pilot. He has more than 8 years’ experience in state intelligence, specializing in the coordination of strategic intelligence and communications teams, and has served as defense intelligence advisor to the Brazilian Ministry of Defense.

He possesses a comprehensive educational foundation with a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Sciences, specializing in Military Aviation, from the Air Force Academy (AFA). Complementing this, he has earned an Executive MBA in Strategic Planning and Management and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Intelligence. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Public Management.
His professional qualifications are further enhanced by certifications in Market Intelligence, Corporate Finance, and other specialized fields, obtained from prestigious institutions including Saint Paul Business School, Microsoft, and the University of Maryland.
